West Memphis Residents Directory is an independent reference resource. It identifies public rolls, indexes, offices, and historical collections relevant to West Memphis, Arkansas. We do not host government files and are not affiliated with a public agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use is limited to lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
