A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of the query. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to answer.
Routine Technical Logs
The hosting service records standard technical details, including an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Information Is Used
Technical and contact data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, replies, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy Beyond Our Pages
Links lead to Crittenden County and Arkansas portals, West Memphis offices, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is governed by that service's policy. The same is true for sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Parties Processing Data
Hosting and support providers process logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic data described above. We also comply with valid legal process that requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
Connections are encrypted, and logs are retained only while needed for the stated purposes. The site does not create user accounts, so it keeps no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. Contact us if a minor submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Requests
Rights to access, correct, or delete website-held data depend on the law that applies to you. Because we retain very little, a request normally involves our contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to make one. Arkansas provides no blanket right to erase accurate public records. Records held by West Memphis, Crittenden County, or Arkansas agencies are outside our control, and correction or redaction must be directed to the custodian under the law governing that record. Arkansas FOIA is codified at Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง25-19-101 through 25-19-111.
